Continuous professional development is a core focus at Preyer. This is why new consultants attend an extensive training program, known as the Preyer Academy, when they join. In addition, our regular Teaching Fridays are open to everyone in the company, from full-time employees to student assistants. These sessions allow us to learn from each other, listen to expert presentations, and discuss internal topics. They also serve as an opportunity for networking, with all employees from across Germany and abroad coming together in places such as Brussels, Munich, Mallorca, and Frankfurt. This promotes new ideas and innovations, and strengthens team relationships.

We also support our employees’ individual career development. Among other things, we provide focused assistance with part-time studies or enable them to attend specialist workshops, exhibitions, certification programs, or training courses. As a result, Preyer employees experience their own unique development journey over time that is specially tailored to their needs.
