We are always looking for young talent in the consulting area. And the fact that you don’t yet have in-depth expertise in IT or finance isn’t a killer argument. What matters is that you’re interested in complex subjects such as technology or finance. We’ll teach you everything else – for example in our PreyerAcademy, which is held twice a year for all newcomers.
Soft skills are at least as important to us as technical knowledge. Our employees have a wide variety of academic backgrounds, from physics and mathematics through psychology and biology down to traditional banking. We use the application process to work out with you if we’re a good match for each other. Successful applicants run through the steps shown in the graphic. A careful evaluation takes place after each step and you’ll receive prompt, personal feedback on what to do next.
